You represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in accordance with the section “Modifications and Termination” in this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use or behavior that may violate the law. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with the above.

Under this Agreement, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

Your rights under this Agreement are subject to the following limitations:

2284. You may not license, sell, lease, transfer, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit this product;

2285. Unless otherwise permitted by law, you may not modify, translate, adapt, merge, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of this product or its derivatives;

2286. You may not use this product to create competing services;

2287. Unless explicitly permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, download, or display any part of this product in any form or by any means;

2288. You may not remove or destroy any copyright or proprietary notices contained in this product.

You are responsible for all costs associated with purchasing this product, as well as any data, communication, or information service fees charged by third parties (including but not limited to telecom providers like China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom). If value-added telecom services are involved, we recommend consulting your service provider regarding any additional fees.

Any updated or future versions, enhancements, or modifications to this product shall be governed by this Agreement.

You agree to use this product only in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations related to:

- Data protection and privacy;

- Intellectual property;

- Communications and network security;

- Consumer protection;

- Export control and trade compliance.

You are solely responsible for your actions and content while using the product. You may not use the product for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

- Violating the rights of others;

- Transmitting malicious code or harmful content;

- Engaging in fraud, harassment, or abuse;

- Gaining unauthorized access to systems or data.

reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the product at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

1. "User Content" refers to all content generated, uploaded, or used by the user while interacting with this product (e.g., your information, images, music, or other materials).

2. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences of sharing or publishing it, including the risk of being personally identified.

3. You agree that your User Content is subject to the restrictions outlined under "Content Restrictions."

You agree that your use of the product and any services provided through it is at your own risk, and you shall be legally responsible for any of the following behaviors:

- Posting or distributing content that violates fundamental legal or ethical principles;

- Endangering national or public security, disclosing confidential information, or inciting disruption of social order;

- Undermining public interests or national unity;

- Spreading hate speech, discrimination, or inciting violence;

- Promoting illegal religious activities, cults, or superstition;

- Sharing obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, or criminal content;

- Defaming, insulting, or infringing upon the rights of others;

- Sharing content prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

You further agree not to:

- Upload or transmit viruses, worms, or malicious code;

- Collect personal data or contact information of others without consent;

- Use the product in a way that imposes an excessive burden on our infrastructure or disrupts its normal functioning;

- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;

- Interfere with or disrupt the use of the product by other users.

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. In the event of a material change, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of the product after such notification will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the product or its services at any time without prior notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the product.

Termination

This Agreement remains effective from the date you accept it and for the duration of your use of the product. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the product at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws.

Upon termination, your rights to use the product will immediately cease. Any User Content associated with your account may be deleted. We shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from termination, including loss of access or deletion of content.

You acknowledge that some features or services of this product may rely on third-party technology or services. This Agreement is solely between you and us, not with any third party. We are solely responsible for the product and any related content, support, or legal claims.

2. These features are provided solely for your convenience or for compatibility purposes.

3. You assume all risks arising from the use of third-party content or services.

4. Your use of such services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

1. Your use of the product;

2. Your User Content;

3. Your breach of this Agreement.

We reserve the exclusive right to assume the defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree not to settle any matter without our written consent.

In no event shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the product. You understand and agree that you use the product at your own discretion and risk.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent court in California.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between you and with respect to the product and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. Section headings are for convenience only and

have no legal or contractual effect. You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. Any such attempted transfer shall be null and void.
